We served as Executives in different part of the world, from Latin America to Far East and we have worked in challenging, multicultural, high ethical environments. Some years ago, during our annual family meeting, we decided that being in our forties it was the right time for us to transfer to other companies what we have learnt, from our fails and from our successes.
